Normally, a counselling session runs for 55 minutes. I also offer longer appointments of 90 minutes for EMDR or couples work.  Online counselling is available if preferred. 

During our first session, we will spend time understanding the issues that have led you to seek counselling. We will discuss what you hope to gain,  and make a plan for working together. 

Please note I do not work in the area of Family Court or other legal matters.  I can  refer to other experienced therapists where appropriate. 

Costs 2025

Standard sessions are 55 minutes and cost $180. 

Extended 90 minute sessions are $250

Payment is via credit card or bank transfer, at the conclusion of each session.

Cancellation fee is 50% if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.
